Today I wanted to talk about something that is sort of a touchy subject for me but regardless, I still wanted to address. A lot of people are very insecure about their body weight which can lead to eating disorders but instead of being worried about being 'fat' I'm worried about the opposite. My weight never usually was an issue and whenever people have called me 'skinny' or told me to 'eat more' I've tried to take it as a compliment but recently it hasn't been going that way. This post has been inspired a lot by Zoe and you can read her post about it here and her video with Louise about it here.
Every time I've put up a photo on my blog of my body with an outfit I've really liked I'm always thinking to myself 'what if I look a bit too thin in that?'. I feel like everyone is so caught up in making sure the curvier girls feel good about themselves that they're forgetting we can get offended too. For example one of my good friends was crying at school the other week because she thought she was fat so everyone was supporting her and giving her words of encouragement and hugs. However one girl went over to her and said something that I couldn't quite make out but I think it was 'don't worry all those models and skinny girls are anorexic' which led to another girl who is smaller, like me, saying 'excuse what are you saying about anorexic girls? I'm not fucking anorexic!'.
I'd like to point out that, like Zoe, I have never in any way, shape or form had an eating disorder and my reason for being skinny is high metabolism. My body will not put on weight at all. I am also around 5"6.5 so that isn't really helping. My skeleton is very long and thin too so my body physically isn't built for curves. I'm basically just very tall and lanky which I have been called many times before by people I call my 'friends'.
It really does make me feel sad when other girls say 'ew I'm so fat' because:
1. No matter what your body weight is you are not fat. You may have fat, but your are not fat. You also have hair but you are not hair. You have fingernails, but you are not fingernails. You simply having that doesn't make you it.
2. You honestly don't realise how much I would love to have curves especially when all the boys are saying things like 'oh yeah I don't want some stick girlfriend'. I would love to be able to actually fill my 30A bra but that's not how my body is.
I do try to eat healthy even though I could gobble down half a cake and be the same weight as before, simply because it's good for you. My favourite food is strawberries. Bad food can effect us in so many ways not just weight, like skin, organs, diabetes and simply being happy. Similar to Zoe's post I'm going to list a few insults that you might give to a thin person:
"Why are you so skinny?" " your legs are like sticks" "eat more, get some meat on those bones" " ew you feel so bony" " put some weight on" " you're lanky" " you're just skin and bones" " you look like a walking skeleton!"
Now think about if you said that sort of thing to a bigger person like:
"Why are you so fat?" "Your legs are like tree trunks" " eat less, take some meat of those bones" "ew you feel so chubby" "lose some weight" "you're fat" "you're just skin and flab" " you look like a walking whale!"
You just wouldn't go up to someone and say that, so why is it okay to say that to a skinny person?
But taking something and turning it into a compliment would make that person feel so much better for example:
"I was I was slim like you" "your legs look amazing" " you're so lucky with that figure!" " you look great" "you look like a model" " I love your tiny waist" " I wish I looked like you"
Or if all else fails how about the simple:
"You look great"?
I hope this topic was relatable and helped you in some way. Please don't feel like you have to change because you're perfect. Thank you for reading!

School: Uniforms
Hello everybody!
I'm currently on the phone to my sexy best friend (she told me to write that), we've been friends for ten years now and so I can relate to almost everything she says or does. This means were both in the current situation of hating school. Some very lucky people will go through school, loving every moment of it, but most people will come to dislike it at one point or another.
Don't get me wrong, I'm beyond grateful for getting the chance to have free education and be given a future but there are just so many stupid rules students have to follow and soon it just becomes unfair.
I've decided that the best way to rant and get my point across is to write about it here. I'm hoping many if you can relate to this or just laugh about how stupid or silly it is. So I'm going to attempt to do a kind of series of posts, shall we say, of things at school that I just don't understand and confuses me at school.
The first topic I've chosen to write about is uniforms. Now I'm all for the concept of all being dressed equally and not having to spend all morning deciding what to wear. I just don't like how we're forced to wear it, I understand the length of skirt and the regular tucking in shirts but today I was wearing my school PE jumper as it was very cold this morning and it takes me a while to get to school. Then I was stopped by some teacher that doesn't even know my name and she told me I couldn't wear it, I explained that it was the school uniform and it keeps me warmer and that I left my regular jumper at home. She carried on to insist I don't wear it and told me to get a note from my head of year. Just then the bell rang so I had to get to my lesson, I looked at the teacher, her only reaction was a shrug and 'tough'. I had to wear just my shirt and blazer leaving me freezing for the whole day.
Something else linked in with uniform is makeup and nail polish. At my school we're not allowed to wear makeup or nail polish, I personally don't wear makeup to school anymore purely to get an extra 10 minutes in bed in the morning, our school used to just give you a makeup wipe to take it off, which is fair enough. But recently they've been saying that their money is being wasted on wipes and nail polish remover and so they are starting to give out half hour detentions after school when any teacher tells you to take off your makeup. I find this so confusing because if they were wasting so much money why would they ask you to take it off? Surely if they wanted to spend less money on it they would reduce the amount used. Let's face it, asking over 1,000 teenage girls to change any habits especially with their appearance about 97% won't. So really, what's the point?
I really hope you've enjoyed this and hopefully related to this in some way. Next time I write this will be soon as I'm trying write on my blog a lot more and make it more personal to me. Please follow my blog with bloglovin' if you can and leave a comment below about any stories you have at school linked to uniforms.
Have a great day/afternoon/evening good byeeee!

Daily Makeup Routine
I'm not very sure if I've already done one of these, although I probably have. But anyway it's definitely been updated since then. I have no pictures to show because I'm not using my laptop but I hope you still enjoy. So on with it then!
First I moisturise using the Simple Rich Replenishing Moisturiser, then I put on the Clinique All About Eyes eye cream and some times some Moisture Surge around my nose if it's extra dry.
I start of with the Bare Minerals Original Foundation using it as a concealer with a concealer brush. I apply that on any blemishes and cover as much as I can. Then I use my Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer and I put that under my eyes and normally around my nose to cover up where the Bare Minerals didn't quite cover. I use the Real techniques Domed Shadow Brush to blend my concealer.
After that's done (but not quite dusted - see what I did there) I 'dust' or powder my concealer so it stays put. At the moment I'm using the Bare Minerals Mineral Veil but I've got my eye on the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, to set my concealer I use the Real Techniques Basic Foundation Brush and then to powder the rest of my face I use the Bare minerals Medium Coverage Foundation Brush.
Then I do my eyebrows by brushing them and using the Rimmel eyebrow Pencil in 002 Hazel which is a blonde. I don't like to do much on my eyebrows because I prefer more of a natural brow, and frankly I don't have the patience to do them well.
Everyone wants to have a bit of colour in there face, right? So it's time for blusher! At the moment I'm using my Sleek Contour Kit in Light and I'm using the Rose Gold Blusher mixed with the bronzer and just putting that on my cheeks, neck, nose, forehead and chin. To apply this I like to use my Real Techniques Multi-task brush. As it's nearing to winter, I'm starting to come back to my Clinique Blusher in Iced Lotus because it looks more wintering and like a nice cool pink blush.
Now for eyes! This is by far my favourite step. I have two ways of doing my eyes and I usually alternate between them. The first one is applying All That Glitters Eyeshadow all over my lid using a Real Techniques Base Shadow Brush and putting Smoked Sepia through the crease with a Deluxe Crease Brush then I put Showstopper in the outer corner and blend it all together using a clean 275 Brush. Then I finish off this look with a natural lip or maybe a nude like Clinique Creamy Nude. The second way I do my eyes is using the same brushes in the same areas, applying Orb all over the lid with a mixture of Smoked Sepia and Showstopper through the crease. I then use the Maybelline Gel Eyeliner to create a line across the lid by my lash line (duh) and some times I'll wing it out. I like to finish off that look with a Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick in 001 which is a lovely red.
And I'm done! I really hoped you liked this even with out pictures because let's face it, we love pictures. A lot. Please comment if you might try this look and leave a link to your blog maybe? I would also love it if you followed this blog with Bloglovin' so you can see when I make a new post!

August and September Favorites!
Its been a while since I've blogged because my laptop has been crashing in the middle of typing my password in, so fingers crossed it doesn't crash half way through! As you've probably guessed from the title, this post will be my monthly favorites and there aren't as much as normal, i'll admit. But i have been LOVING these products, not just throwing them in randomly.
First is the Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask. This was an absolute life saver on the plane for 8 hours, its also transparent so I didn't get any weird looks. It also makes my skin feel so amazing and soft, once i've used it and It's literally a life saver (well skin saver).
The next one is the L'Oreal Skin Perfection Micellar Solution. If you've never tried Micellar water its really nice and it takes off makeup by dissolving it. It just feels like water on the skin and tones it aswell, Its so good and its only £5 from Boots.
I've also liked the No7 Shimmering Lip&Eye Screen SPF30. Its just really nice for the summer when your not wearing much and just want some shimmer or sun protection and it works good as a base for eye shadow, It also works really nice as a highlighter but I wouldn't recommend wearing it as everything at once because it might look a bit TOO shimmery. The only down side to this is it feels very sticky on the eyelids especially in the summer when its gets a bit sweaty.
The 17 Wild Metallics Eye Base is very similar to the Maybelline 24hr Colour Tattoo even though I've never tried it. I got it in the colour Wild Nude because i saw it in one of zoella's videos. It is a very shimmery kind of gold colour but a bit subtler than gold. I wore this every night on holiday because its really quick and easy to put on and looks really nice just blended out.
Next is the Maybelline Gel Eyeliner in Intense Black. This is so good. Just so good. Its really easy to apply and lasts all day long. It also looks great even if you don't match the flicks (as seen on my friend today), i apply it with an Angled Brush from EcoTools but i think the MAC 266 Brush would probably give a better application. Its also really nice just smudging it into All That Glitters eyeshadow from MAC.
I've found myself loving Real Techniques brushes recently and my favourite in September was the Deluxe Crease Brush. This is the best crease brush you will find in my opinion. It blends eyeshadow so well and never leaves a dodgy line between the crease and lid colours. I also think it would be a great concealer brush for under the eyes and blemishes because it blends so well. You can get this in the eye starter set in boots and superdrug for about £20.
My favourite perfume in September was the Marc Jacobs Dot Perfume. My mum gave me a few samples of perfumes and this is the one i have been wearing everyday and I'm definitely picking up the actual bottle. It smells quite floral but also a bit fruity so its a nice medium between the two. It seems very fun and cute but not too young if that makes sense. I feel like it would be a great autumn to winter perfume but really nice for summer too (ooh multi-seasonal).
On to Random favourites and the first one is nerds. I cannot go past these in a shop without buying a packet. They're basically tiny little rock sweets that are sweet and sour so when you mix them together its so amazing and confusing at the same time. My favourite flavours are the Wild Cherry and Watermelon which is the packet in the picture above. You can get this in the us quite easily i think but in the uk i get them from sweet shops and department stores (haha).
My last (but not least) favourite is the book Looking For Alaska by John Green. This book is amazing and cute and sweet and sad and wow. In my opinion, its even better than The Fault in Our Stars. The story is about a boy called mike who goes to a boarding school and meets a girl called Alaska, I'm not going to ruin the ending but I highly recommend reading this because it was great and my favourite book of all time.
Thankyou for reading, I'm so sorry for not blogging in a while but I'm going to try my best to fix this damn laptop. Please let me know if you liked this post and what your September favourites were in the comments because i would love to know what you've been liking.

So in the UK there has been this massive heatwave, so I've just been wearing summer clothes the whole time. This is an outfit i put together a week ago so I took a picture of it (in my sisters room, sneaky) to show.
The Sunglasses are kind of pastel pink RayBan design from Accessorize (sorry about the typo on the picture) for £10.
The top underneath is like a short sleeved thin jumper, it was in the pajama section and it actually has Minnie and Mickey mouse on it. I wanted a really over sized top so i got a size 18/20 when I'm a 6 haha. It was about £7/£8.
The pinafore is from New Look for about £18.
The shoes are from Topshop last year so they're not available but there are some ballet flats in a similar colour from New Look which you can find here.
Although this is a summer outfit, I'd wear it when its warm but quite breezy and cool because just taking that picture for two seconds made me boiling.
Hope you liked it, comment what you thought and let me know if you want me to do more outfit posts like this!

June Favorites!
So I've found my camera cable yaaaaaaayy! I haven't got as many favorites this month as last but they're still some!
So the first thing is something i found from a few years ago, its my L&B Makeup Pallet. When i was ten i got this and obviously i had NO idea how to use it! But i found it again and i loooove it! It has 54 eyeshadows, 6 blushers, 2 compact powders, 21 lip sticks and 11 lip shines. The eye shadows aren't that pigmented but its okay because it gives you a subtle look, but the lip stick are really good, they literally come out how they look - even the gold! and the powders and blushers are good toooo!
My second one is the Super drug Raspberry Exfoliating Mud Mask, it smells really like fruity and nice, as soon as i take it off, my skin is in the best condition. I dont think it gets rid of blemishes but if you want a good exfoliating mask, i definitley recommend this! I know Eilis (my pinyapple) is probably reading this, so thankyou for telling me about thisssss!
Next is the Aussie Dual Personality Curl Defiition + Soft Feel Serum. I used this in my last post but i decided i loved it soooooo much! I actually like when my hair goes curly now because i can use this! it really makes my curls bouncy and just nicer than the 'i just got out of bed' look.
I also really like my L'Oreal Paris Elnett Satin Normal Strength Hair Spray which was also in my last post. But i really like it, the smell is quite nice, some people dont like it because it is very 'producty' but i quite like it. It keeps my ponytail in place and doesn't make it rock hard. So thats good.
These two are nail polishes that i'm actually wearing now in a ombre effect. First one is the Max Factor Mini Nail Polish in Diva Coral and the other one is Barry M Nail Paint in Berry I/C (i have no idea what the I/C is but oh well). These colours are quite good together and come out opaque. I dont know, I've just really liked them this month.
My last one isssss Pop Tarts! I have had these before but they werent in the nicest flavour, so i asked my mum to get me some and she got them in the flavours Chocolate Chip (which are my favourite but they're all gone) and Cookies and Cream which taste like oreoooosssss yaaaay!
I hope you liked this blog post, thankyou for reading!
Please leave a comment of what you thought or tel me what your June Favorites are!

My Everyday Skin and Hair Routine
et me start of by saying I'm very sorry for not being blogging for the past few weeks, but I'm here now and I'm really going to try and keep on top of everything.
So this blog is all about my everyday skin and hair routine, i decided to write about this because i have some spare time and i would really like to talk about my products. I've lost the cable to camera (ughhh) so i can't show a picture of my products but hopefully most of them have been in other posts! So enough of that boring Intro, lets get on with ittttt!
So When I get ready in the morning I will wash my face with Simple Kind to Skin Refreshing Facial Wash Gel, i really like it because i really feel like it cleanses my skin properly and really refreshes it - especially on hot days.
Then depending on if its sunny or not i will use my Clinique Repairwear Lift SPF 15, now i bet this is for old people but my Primer is running out and this has SPF so yeah. But if it's not sunny then I'll use my BareMinerals Prime Time Primer, I think this is very good and a good base for foundation yaaaay.
Then I'll apply my make up and brush my teeth! Then I'll use mouthwash, I normally don't notice the difference with mouthwash but at the moment I'm using Aqua Fresh Extra Care Mouthwash.
Then I'll do my hair, if i washed my hair the day before then its probably gone curly so I'll put in Aussie Dual Personality Curl Definition + Soft Feel Serum to make them look bouncy and so much better. But if my hair Isn't curly then I'll use Aussie Dual Personality Coloured Hair Protection + Shine Serum, I use this more on the ends of my hair because i got it ombred a few weeks ago! If i have sport that day or i just want to, then I'll put my hair in a pony tail, I do it the same as Zoella seen in This Video. Then to finish it I spray some L'Oreal Elnett Satin Hairspray, i think it smells really niceeeee.
At the end of the day, I'll always have a shower. I'm planning on doing a Shower Gel and Body Scrub post soon about my favourite ones because i get a lot for birthdays and christmas' haha.
On Sundays and Thursdays, I'll wash my hair. This will sound absolutley disgusting to some people but my hair honestly doesn't get greasy until after 5 days. So when i wash it, i use Aussie Miracle Moist Shampoo and Conditioner. When i dry my hair i will definitley use heat defence. My favourites are TRESemme Heat Defence Styling Spray and Aussie Take The Heat Leave-In Spray. If i want my hair slightly wavy then I use salt spray, at the moment i use Schwarzkopf Got2Be Beach Matt Texturizing Salt Spray, this is quite good and it says you can use it in dry and towel dried hair but it works best with towel dried hair because it doesn't stay in very long.
Then at the end of the day I wash my face with the same stuff and use Garnier Moisture Match Moisturizer for Dry to Very Dry Skin, i don't use this moisturizer in the morning because its very thick so it doesn't settle in very quick.
That seems like about it! Comment below if you use any of this stuff, or if you've found an even better version that I can use. I always get really happy when I get new comments from people! Thank you so much for reading,

My Weekend Makeup!
Since i'm not allowed to wear makeup to school, i love doing it on weekends. and i literally mean love, like even if i'm not going out i'll just sit there for ages doing it. So i thought I'd share what i use with you!
1. first i wash my face and everything but I'll be doing a whole other post about my daily beauty products so i wont share that but then i use a Bare Minerals Prime Time Primer. I find its really good for smoothing away dry skin, but on bad days it just wont fully cover it. I don't have a picture for that because i forgot to take one but I'm sure i've posted one in past posts.
2. Then i use my Full Flawless Face Bare Minerals Brush to put on my Bare Minerals Original Foundation in Fair (haha the palest one). This is good if you have quite clear skin but just have a bit of colour correcting like rosy cheeks or a red nose because i find it helps the colour a lot. I wouldn't recommend this for spots or blemishes because it doesn't cover them very well. I'll also use this as a concealer by applying it with a Bare Minerals Concealer Brush.
3. Then i use my Clinique Blushing Blush Powder Blush (said blush a lot i know) in Iced Lotus. And use my EcoTools Blusher Brush.
4. Then I finish my face with Bare Minerals Mineral Veil using my Full Flawless Face Brush.
5.After, i Apply Collection 2000 Kohl Pencil in Birdy Song to my lower water line and sometimes my upper lash line.
6. Then I'll add eye shadow. I'm always using my Victoria Jackson palette and i use a browny pinky colour as a base and then top it with a satin grey (i'm the worst at describing scents sorry) I apply it with an EcoTools Eye Shadow Brush.
7. I then finish my eyes with a Maybelliene The Volume Express Mascara and I Brush my eyebrows and comb my lashes with and EcoTools Comb and Brush.
8. Because my eyes are quite big, i'll normally just go with either a plain Honey Trap Lush Lip balm which was in my May Favorites or I'll use my Favorite lipstick ever, Topshop Lipstick in Desert.
These are my EcoTools brushes that i use. From Left to Right: Blusher Brush, Eyebrow Brush and Lash Comb, Eye Shadow Brush and Eyeliner Brush.

May Favorites!
Last month was quite a busy month for me, but most of it was getting presents so i have much more to show for my favorites. This wont be as long as my usual favorite posts because I have quite a few things to list this month but I'll just get right to it!
1. Tangle Teaser. I know, i'm so late with these! I do remember when they first came out a while ago, but i thought they were just an average brush. NO. They are amazinggggg. I have been using it for like 2 days now (so technically they're a June favorite) and i'm already noticing a huge difference with my hair. I don't think I'll ever go back to a regular brush!

2. Next is something i actually got for Christmas but i only just started using it last month. Its Boots Extracts Fair trade Coconut Body Butter. I really thought it'd be rubbish because it was Boots own brand but i tried it and loved it. It says 'moisturizes and hydrates, leaving skin soft and smooth' which i agree with. It also smells great - like summer! I went downstairs after i put it on and my mum walked past and said 'mm you smell like coconut'! definitely recommend this.
3. Jack Wills English Velvet Perfume. I got this for my birthday from my sister and i really like it. I really smells like Jack Wills when you walk in and all my friends recognize it when i wear it too. It smells really British, like i cant even imagine an american wearing it because it smells so warm... i don't know if i'm making any sense.
4. Aussie Miracle Moist Conditioner. I found this was really good for me, i don't really have that dry hair but I just really like it. It really softens my hair and it smells really sweet and quite summery. I'm very disappointed that i'm going to have to stop using next week because i'm getting my hair ombred so I'll have to start using shampoo and conditioner for colored hair, but I'll definitely be using Aussie again!
5. Johnson's Holiday Skin Body Lotion for Fair to Medium skin. I'm very pale so for summer i really want to give my self a tan, but quite natural and subtle so i don't look like someone from TOWIE so i picked up this to try and i really like it. It starts to build up after about 2 applications and it smells really fresh and summery (I know a lot of things are smelling summery at the moment) so i just really like it.
6. Lush Honey Trap Lip Balm. I really love this one. And i mean REALLY. It works really well on the lips and really moisturizes them. I also found that its good for wearing over night, because i can never go to sleep without any lip balm on and i don't wake up with it sticky or liquidy, its just how i left it. The only thing that annoys me is the scent, I stupidly bought the honey one thinking i liked the smell of honey - i don't. at all. I really wish i got the other one, i think it was Lip Service or something. But i still use it anyway because its so good!
7. Topshop Lipstick in Desert. I absolutely love this shade. I got it from my sister for Christmas a while ago and i never really used it because i thought it was too orange but i found it again and wore it. I love it so much now, when i lost a week ago i wanted to cry because i think they discontinued the shade :( but i found it again! i love it.
8. Bare Minerals Full Flawless Face Foundation brush. I really like this brush because it gives the best coverage from my Bare Minerals Foundation and leaves a natural finish which i loveeee.
9. Sun-In Spray Hair Lightener - Heat Activated. This stuff really works and doesn't l
eave any fake horrible colors, it makes it look really natural and sun-kissed. I used it on the ends of my hair about a month ago to see what ombre would look like and i loved it so i'm getting it done this Friday! Really happy with it.
10. Colgate Total Pro Gum Health Mouthwash. I don't know what it is about it, maybe its the taste or the things it does or the fact its only for 30 seconds but i'm really impressed with it. The only this is, you have to take it as two cap-fulls and it gets everywhere so its really difficult to take.
11. Last thing isn't a beauty item but Peppermint Tea! I'm in love with it right now, i have now idea why but it just makes me so happy and refreshed. :)
That's all of them, I hope you liked this! please leave a comment down below of what you think and what your favorites are, i would love to hear them!

Recent Clothing Purchases
Hi everyone! I haven't been posting in a while because it was my first week back at school after the half-term so I've been a bit unorganized. Anyways, over the half-term, i went shopping quite a lot and got a few things that i want to share with you.
First thing are some dip dye shorts. They are high waist white shorts with purple at the bottom. I got them for about £25 in Camden somewhere. Now these aren't actually the usual sort of things i would pick up and like. The only reason i found them was because my aunty pointed them out saying she thought i might like them and i loved them. They're quite short but i thing if i wear them right, then i wont look very slutty.
Next i got a lovely t shirt kind of top with cute autumn leaves and Paris and Audrey Hepburn on it. I really loved it because its literally the cutest thing with all my favourite things on it. I got this for around £8 in Camden again and its so nice. Its kind of bingo wings, the sleeves are really attached the the top kind of. I don't know, i'm the worst at describing these things.
Then a few days later i went to primark with my friends. we originally went to look at the men's section for some comfy t shirts and hoodies (Cynthia's idea, not mine) but then we just ended up in the womens. So i was just quickly looking for something i really wanted like a blouse with a cute collar or something when i came across and nice navy peplum top. I really wanted a peplum top, not sure why but it was better because it was lace and pretty so of course i had to buy it. I was also soooooooooooooo happy because it was in the sale so it was only £3!
I also needed some new swimming costumes and bikinis for summer so i went straight online to topshop! I bought a black bikini top for around £15 to match my high waist black bikini bottoms for £10 that i got for my birthday. I was really happy with the top because you can remove the straps which, i don't know, just really excites me.
I also bought a Polka dot swimming costume from topshop and i'm so sorry but i completely forgot how much it is but it was around £25 i think. I just found it really cute because it has white and black polka dots on it (i'm a sucker for anything polka dotted) with a black bottom. the change in pattern happens at the waist too so it created that old fashioned hour glass figure. This one also has removable straps so yaaaaay.
So i hope you enjoyed this post and think about buying one of these products for yourself!

Revision
So my year 8 end of year tests are coming up. Yeah, I'm not too pleased but i still got to revise! Anyways, since i have to revision at the moment, i thought maybe some other people are too so i'm going to share my revision tips! This is the stuff that I've heard, tried/am trying that work but i'm not 100% sure it will work for everyone because everyone's different but i do hope it helps you.
1. Don't blow it off and say "oh i cant be bothered so I'll do it tomorrow" because there's a 99% chance you wont have time or will forget about it and not do it.
2. Turn your phone on silent with the screen facing the floor, this way you wont get distracted but you don't have to turn it off. You could also quickly search things up on the internet to help revise on your phone.
3. Get anything that you have to do out the way by doing it quickly otherwise that could stop you from working properly.
4. Decide what works best out of this list:
Most of these are pretty self explanatory but I'll explain them all just in case you didn't understand what any were.
Word Gaps - write out a passage of some writing of work, leave some words out, replacing them with gaps. then when you want to, fill out the gaps without looking at the original writing. I usually make this the night before my revision day and then complete them on my revision day.
Audio Players - lots of people like revising by listening, i personally dont because i get distracted really easily but some people find it works better for them. There are some audio things you can find on the internet (e.g. BBC Bitesize, MathsWatch) that will educate you through words, most of them have videos too.
Games - there are hundreds of games to revise with on websites like MyMaths and SumDog. These can help alot because you can get really in to it without realizing you're working.
Reading - Some people just like to read a passage of writing a few times and then its in their head, i cant do that most of the time but i can occasionally.
Writing - Some people can write out like a text book or some writing and they remember it, i cant do that either.
Questions - I think lots of people like to find questions from textbooks, the internet etc. and work them out to help revise and that works sometimes with me.
For me, I have to read through some writing in little bits and work out whats it means in my own way, so i'll put it in my own words in my head. Then, i'll either copy out the writing I've just read or put it in my own words. Then i have to read through my own writing again and do a few questions and maybe make a word gap.
5. Do what ever works for you for as long as you need (be honest with yourself, do you really think you've got it in your mind?) and then maybe move on to another subject.
6. Make sure you base everything around your exams. So don't revise for french the day before a maths exam and don't revise for your science test 2 weeks before it actually is.
This may seem like a lot of effort and maybe it is but trust me, it'll be worth it when you get great marks.
Good luck!
All my love and luck,

My Nail Routine
I'm absolutely OBSESSED with making my nails look nice and painting them, which is one of the main reasons I love being off school. I think I got this off one of my best friends, Eilis, because she's always loved nails. I go through a big process when I paint my nails because I have to file and buff them, push back my cuticles etc. So this is my routine!
First, I use my 7 way nail file to reshape, file, neaten edges, even out the surface, smooth, buff and shine my nails. I got mine from Boots for £3.50.
Then I use some hand cream. Mine is from Super Drug for 99p and it softens hands (duh) and strengthens nails.
Then I remove the dirt from behind my nails with one side of an orange stick (not sure why its called an orange stick because mine's black but you know, what ever tickles your peach). Normally I don't have dirt to remove because if you shower everyday it will clean them, I still do it anyway though just to make sure.
I also push back my cuticles with the other end of the orange stick.
After that, I use my Nails Inc vitamin e oil pen on my cuticles to 'condition and hydrate' them. It's £12 for the nails inc one but you can get one from Super Drug for £2.99.
Now its time for a clear base coat to create a smooth, even canvas for the polish. You can get loads of different base coats from tons of brands but my favorite is the Base coat, Top coat and Nail Hardener all in one by Barry M for the usual price of £2.99.
Its time to pick a colour! I think the best nail polish brand is Barry M because they're cheap but have such great quality. These are my favourite Nail Polishes to use:
From Left To Right: First Picture - Ciate Polish in Strawberry Milkshake, Barry M in Strawberry I/C, Barry M in Shocking Pink, Max Factor in Diva Coral, Barry M in Berry I/C, 17 in Silver. Second Picture - Barry M in Rose Quartz Glitter, Barry M in Blue Moon, Barry M in Blueberry I/C, Models Own Scented in Apple Pie (smells goood), Barry M in Mint Green.
I apply 2 coats of one of them and then use a top coat to prevent chipping, i use my Barry M Base Coat, Top coat and Nail Hardener all in one By Barry M again.
Lastly, I'll dip some cotton buds in Nail Polish remover to clean up the skin around my nails to make them neater. I use cotton buds from boots for £1-£2 and Cutex Nourishing Nail Polish Remover for £1 from Super Drug.
I'll wait agesssss for them to dry and voila! your done :)
In this picture I've used Models Own Scented Nail Polish in Apple Pie.
I also wear fake nails sometimes if i don't have enough time for that! My favorites are from Primark for £1 and one is red with white polka dots and one is pink with black polka dots and a bow.
Hope you learnt something or are thinking about buying one of the products I've mentioned!

My School Makeup
So my school has this rule about no makeup, I can see why, though. They have because some girls over do it and go full out orangutan look, I mean, don't you just LOVE that fake, cakey foundation that's way too orange for anyone's skin tone? Yeah me neither.
Anyway, back to it! I still like to wear a bit of make up like some concealer and a tiny bit of mascara. I know it sounds way too over done for a 13 year old to wear makeup to school, but my face feels naked without it. I decided to make this post about what I wear to school and how I make it unnoticeable.
The products i use are:

I know it sounds way too over done for a 13 year old to wear makeup to school, but my face feels naked without it. I decided to make this post about what I wear to school and how I make it unnoticeable.
The products i use are:
- Bare Minerals SPF 15 Original Foundation in Fair - this is great because i think it actually does a good job covering most things but leaves the cute things like freckles.
- Bare Minerals Warmth - this really makes it look like your wearing no make up because it adds radiance.
- Bare Minerals Mineral Veil - i dont really know what it does to be honest but its there and i know i should use it, so i do.
- Collection 2000 Kohl Pencil in Birdy Song 02 - i only punt a tiny bit on to darken things but its brown so it looks much more natural.
- Maybelliene The Volume Express Mascara - it sounds like a lot but i leterally use one or two strokes on my top and a dab on my bottom lashes to darken them.
The two brushes i use are:
- Bare Minerals Flawless Foundation Brush for light- medium coverage
- Bare Minerals Concealer Brush that works with the Foundation
So that's what i put on and I've only ever had one teacher ask me if i was wearing make up and i said no (hehe I'm a liar) and they believed so it looks natural.
A quick tip too: if you're going to start wearing a bit of makeup to school, try starting after a half term or holiday because the teacher would of forgotten exactly what you look like and wont notice the change.
Also if your actually comfortable not wearing any make up, STAY THAT WAY. The only reason i wear it is because my friend used to, so i did it too and now its part of my morning routine.
Thanks for reading, All my love and kisses <3

Wedding Reception!
Yesterday I went my friend's mum's wedding reception. I went there with my 3 friends who you may hear a lot about in my future blogs, there names are Eilis (pronounced Alish), Becky and Adwoa (pronounced ajua). I'm writing my first post about this because I wanted to share my outfit.
When I was invited to the reception I was so excited, especially because it was after my birthday so, if i wanted, i could ask for a new dress to wear. I jumped at the opportunity and picked a dress, borrowed shoes from my sister and bought a clutch.
My friends and I got all dolled up and I wore a 2 piece dress from kenleycollins.com with some black lace up wedges (that I have no idea where from because I borrowed them) and a pink clutch from new look. I loved my outfit so much so I thought i'd share it. I'm not showing my face in the picture but the make up i was wearing was:
Bare Minerals Original Foundation in shade Fair
Clinique Blusher in 14 Iced Lotus
Collection 2000 Kohl Pencil in 02 Birdy song
A Cream on top of a Grey Eyeshadow from a Victoria Jackson Palette
Mabelliene The Volume Express Mascara
Topshop Lipstick in Desert
I'm also wearing a Barry M nail polish in Shocking Pink and A Jack Wills English Velvet Perfume.
Hope you enjoyed this post and I hope you think about buying outfits from Kenley Collins, they are expensive but i think she's an absolute genius.
